At Chemi Co, we deal in industrial machineries, chemicals, and selected household products. Before placing an order, customers are requested to carefully check the product details, specifications, quantity, usage requirements, and suitability.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold by Chemi Co are final sale products.

We do not accept returns once the product has been sold, delivered, dispatched, or handed over to the customer or transporter.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selected by customer
  • Product no longer required
  • Incorrect quantity ordered
  • Unsuitability after purchase
  • Delay caused by courier, transporter, or third-party logistics
  • Product packaging opened or used
  • Any reason other than those specifically required under applicable law

2. No Exchange Policy

Chemi Co does not offer product exchange under any circumstances after order confirmation, dispatch, or delivery.

Customers are advised to verify product name, model, size, specifications, quantity, and usage before confirming the order.

3. No Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued after order confirmation, dispatch, delivery, or completion of sale, except where refund is required under applicable law.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer ordering the wrong product
  • Customer changing their decision
  • Delay in delivery beyond our direct control
  • Product not being suitable for the customer’s specific use
  • Minor variation in product appearance, packaging, colour, or design
  • Any issue caused by incorrect handling, storage, installation, or usage by the customer

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, processed, packed, dispatched, or specially arranged, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests may be considered only if the request is made before order confirmation or processing begins. Approval of cancellation is completely at the discretion of Chemi Co.

No cancellation will be accepted after:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Order processing
  • Product packing
  • Product dispatch
  • Product procurement
  • Customisation or special arrangement
  • Handover to courier/transporter

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Customers must inspect the product immediately at the time of delivery.

In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, the customer must inform Chemi Co within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof, including:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos/videos of outer packaging
  • Delivery receipt or invoice
  • Unboxing video, wherever applicable

Chemi Co will review the case and take appropriate action as per applicable law and business policy.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

6. Product Usage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility, technical suitability, usage method, safety requirements, and application before purchase.

Chemi Co will not be liable for loss, damage, poor results, improper performance, or misuse caused due to:

  • Wrong product selection
  • Incorrect application
  • Improper installation
  • Mishandling
  • Unsafe storage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Use contrary to product guidelines

7. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Chemi Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transporters, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, road restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, transporter, or logistics provider, delivery timelines may vary depending on their service conditions.

8. Special Orders and Custom Requirements

Products arranged specially, made-to-order, customised, procured on request, or supplied in bulk are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once confirmed.
